We all know texting and driving is dangerous, and even illegal in North Carolina. But in New Jersey, they take things a step further. NJ just passed a law saying that if you know somebody is driving, you text them anyway, and they crash, you could be held partially responsible. It's the driver's responsibility to not text and drive, but you knew you were tempting them. So is the law fair, or just too hard to prove?
