Police say a Cramerton woman shot at her son -- then a cop, before holding up inside her house. The four-hour standoff started around 11:30 a.m.
Police say Deborah Pope had a rifle -- and wouldn't cooperate. Cops blocked off roads, and neighbors along fourth street were ordered to stay inside while the SWAT Team tried to get her out. Pope was sent to Gaston County Jail Monday night. She faces assault with a deadly weapon charges, resisting arrest and obstructing law enforcement.
