This NOAA satellite image taken Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010 at 1:45 a.m. EDT shows Tropical Depression Sixteen in the northwestern Caribbean Sea, which is generating numerous strong rain showers and thunderstorms covering all of Jamaica, Cuba and Haiti. Strong rain showers and thunderstorms are also approaching South Florida. Over the U.S., a stationary front is noted across the Eastern Seaboard.
