CHARLOTTE, NC: Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Chief Rodney Monroe says detectives have recovered what they believe to be the remains of missing teacher Bianca Tanner.
Around 4 AM, human remains were located at 10400 Calico Crossing Lane. The medical examiner will need to confirm the identity of those remains and determine the cause of death.
CMPD is charging Tanner’s boyfriend, Angelo Grayson Smith, Jr., with murder. He was re-arrested earlier this morning without incident. He will be held at the Mecklenburg County Jail.
