 File requirements for sending spots to FOX Charlotte via FTP
 
Requirements:
  • Make sure graphics are 4x3 title safe. If not your spot will be letterboxed.
  • One spot per file.
  • SD (720x480) or HD (1280x720p).
  • Framerate must be 29.97, 30, 59.94 or 60 fps. NOT 24 or 23.98 fps.
  • 2 channel mixed audio.
  • Slate: Client Name, Spot Title, Length.
  • Content name and traffic instructions must match.
 
File Format:

.MOV ( This is the only format that we are currently accepting.)
Accepted codecs: DVCPRO HD, Apple ProRes 422, H264 & XDCAM HD.
SD spots must be 720x480 DV NTSC or H264.
