LAFAYETTE,LA–Police in Louisiana are searching for the culprit who vandalized a 911 memorial.
Someone placed two cardboard cutout images of crashing planes at the memorial with the letter N.W.O and and image of an eye in a triangle.
Police say it was in reference to a theory that the terror attacks were really carried out by the US Government.
