CHARLOTTE,NC– Cmpd has launched an internal investigation after Darryl Cannady was quick to record cell phone video of his traffic stop.
Police pulled over Darryl Cannady while he was on his way to work on Tuckaseegee Road.
Cannady says he did nothing wrong to get pulled over but CMPD says somebody had just reported a man in a similar car beating a woman.
After the cell phone video stops Cannady tells us he was handcuffed, elbowed in the ribs and put inside the squad car.
