CHARLOTTE,NC–Members of the Providence Baptist Church in Cotswold are learning a teenager is under arrest for setting their sanctuary on fire twice.
18 year old Jonathon Dover turned himself in Sunday and faces two felony charges.
The fires were said to have caused about $250,000 worth of damage in July.
