CHESTER,SC–Family and Friends buried a toddler from Chester who police say died at the hands of her mother’s boyfriend.
Investigators say 11-month-old Madison Stewart suffered a fractured skull, kidney injuries and bleeding in her eyes after Jeffery Bradley was watching the child last week.
Bradley called 911 claiming the child had been electrocuted but Bradley was later arrested and charged with homicide by child abuse,
Jeffery Bradley was reported to be a former ARMY soldier who served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
