FORT MILL, S.C. — Police say an employee at a McDonald’s on Carowinds Boulevard was assaulted early Monday morning. Investigators say the employee was waiting for his ride after his shift ended when a man hit him with channel locks.
The suspect then tried to rob the victim. Police say the suspect was last seen leaving the area in a silver Dodge Durango. He is described as a white male with brown hair and a goatee. He was wearing a blue t-shirt and black pants.
