CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The York County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Grose in connection with two deaths off Mt Gallant Rd & Kingswood Drive in Rock Hill.
Sandra Thomas and another unidentified victim were stuck and killed by a vehicle around 6 p.m. Friday. Officials believe Grose was driving that vehicle.
A man was confirmed as a third victim of an assault in this case. He is currently being treated for his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
