CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The York County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Grose in connection with two deaths off Mt Gallant Rd & Kingswood Drive in Rock Hill. Β
Sandra Thomas and another unidentified victim were stuck and killed by a vehicle around 6 p.m. Friday. Β Officials believe Grose was driving that vehicle. Β
A man was confirmed as a third victim of an assault in this case. Β He is currently being treated for his injuries. Β
The investigation is ongoing. Β
