ANSON COUNTY, N.C. — Police arrested a man for a double homicide in Anson County.Β Cops say James Smith stabbed 49-year-old Daisy Melton and shot 58-year-old Larry Lindsey to death in a home on Gin Lane.Β
Investigators say these murders appear to be domestic related.Β Records show police had been to the home several times for domestic calls involving Smith and Melton.
