CHESTER, S.C. – A Chester County man, charged in the death of his girlfriend’s baby, will not be freed on bond. Investigators said Jeffery Bradley was watching the 11-month-old last week. He’s now charged with homicide by child abuse. Madison Stewart died from head injuries at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte Friday. Her mother said she wants justice. She said Madison was a happy baby with a big smile.
