Police: Taylorsville Man Arrested For Growing Marijuana In His Garden

TAYLORSVILLE, N.C. — Police arrested a Taylorsville man after finding 37 marijuana plants growing in his garden.  Investigators say Ronnie Boggs also had 45.5 ounces of marijuana inside his house on Gant Drive. 

Boggs, 66, has been charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

His bond was set at $15,000.
