NEWJASPER,OH–Dramatic video will determine if an Ohio state trooper will be charged with rear-ending a couples motorcycle.
The bike flipped several times throwing the husband and wife on to the hood of the cop car.
Both are expected to be ok but the wife suffered a concussion during the incident.
The couple credits their helmets for their survival, they have also forgiven the trooper for his momentary lapse in concentration.
