CHARLOTTE, N.C. – As Typhoon Haiyan continues its course through China, the survivors of the devastation in the Philippines have little to no access to food or clean drinking water.  Andrew Spencer takes us into the hardest hit areas where people are desperately asking the media for help.

Four days after Haiyan hit, officials say they are now searching for the dead by smell.  The deaths of over 1,700 have been confirmed as of Monday, but they expect the death toll could rise as high as 10,000 as the result of the most powerful tropical cyclone ever recorded.
