CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Fire investigators are checking out a South Charlotte complex where a blaze started. Firefighters evacuated dozens of families at an apartment complex off Park Road.
It took 55 firefighters to get the flames under control. Β Two people were injured, one of those people were hospitalized for smoke inhalation.
Investigators are not saying what started the fire but it was focused on the third floor. Β One apartment is ruined and the Red Cross is helping that family tonight.
