Big South Commissioner, Kyle Kallander, says the NCAA should look for a way for college athletes to benefit off of their names and autographs. With college football becoming a billion dollar business, the commissioner feels the NCAA should examine ways players could get paid off of their names, jersey sells, and video game likeness.

Kyle Kallander also talks about the 30th year of the Big South, and where he would like to see the conference go for the next 30 years.
