A man who suffered severe burns during the Boston Marathon bombings is now engaged to a nurse he met in rehab. James Costello popped the question over the weekend to Krista D’agostino. The two met as Costello recovered from multiple surgeries. His burns were so bad, he needed pig skin grafts. Their first date was at a bombing benefit. Costello proposed during a trip to Europe for bombing survivors.
