CHARLOTTE,NC–Good news for Charlotte’s real estate market after home prices continue there upswing.
Prices jumped more than 7% in October compared to a year ago.
That’s the 22nd month of increases according to Charlotte based core logic.
If you don’t count distressed sales, prices were up more than 9%.
