GASTONIA, N.C. — A fire destroyed a home in Gastonia Monday morning. It took 25 firefighters to extinguish the flames at the home on Freedom Mill Road.
No body was injured in the fire but several animals were killed. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Gaston County Fire Investigations Task Force.
