MATTHEWS, N.C. – Wilson found out a lot about the town of Matthews when he visited the Matthews Heritage Museum today. The museum, located at 232 North Trade Street in Matthews, offers visitors a history lesson of the lifestyles of the early settlers of the town as well as the businesses and cultures of their past.
The museum is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am until 4:30pm with admission only $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for kids 7-11 with kids under 7 free. This Saturday, as well as the first Saturday of each month, admission is free.
