Police Find Car Connected To Shooting That Left Rowan County Man In Critical Condition

ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. — Police say they located the vehicle used as a getaway car after a robbery and shooting left one man fighting for his life in Rowan County. 

Deputies located the vehicle they believe 23-year-old Khari McClelland was driving in Alexander County.  McClelland and another suspect is accused of critically injuring Marcus Kauffman. 

Kauffman was shot in the head after he confronted the suspects who were allegedly stealing items from his home.  Kauffman is still in critical condition at a local hospital.
