CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a man died after a shootout in northwest Charlotte. Detectives believe 21-year-old Shawn Love and another man were shot after exchanging gunfire with several other people on Kentucky Avenue near Brookshire Boulevard Friday evening.
Love died from his injuries Monday. Anyone with information about this shooting is asked to call 704-432-TIPS and speak directly to a homicide detective.
