CHARLOTTE, NC — Republican Mayoral Candidate Edwin Peacock makes his concession speech following a close race. At the time of his speech, Mayor-Elect Patrick Cannon (D) held nearly 53 percent of the vote, while Peacock held nearly 47 percent, with 168 of 168 precincts reporting.
