SPENCER, N.C. — A Rowan County man is facing drug charges after police found crack cocaine during a search at his home.
Detectives say 50-year-old Jeffrey Sullivan had nine grams of crack and one gram of powder cocaine inside his house on North Long Street.
He has been charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling to keep and store a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A second resident of the home, John Hipps, was not present during the execution of the search warrant. Investigators have warrants for his arrest.
