DAVIDSON,NC–The Veterans Memorial Bridge over the Yadkin River was dedicated Friday afternoon.
Transportation Secretary Tony Tata joined state and local leaders to dedicate the new Yadkin River Veterans Memorial Bridge.
Davidson County Veterans Honor Guard and the VFW Post Color Guard joined Tata to acknowledge the completion of one of the state’s top mobility projects.
The Friday afternoon ceremony dedicated and celebrated the completion of the I-85 Corridor Improvement Project in Davidson and Rowan counties.
