NEW YORK, N.Y. — Walmart is trying to sort out a mess after an error on their website allowed customers to buy $600 electronics for $8.85.
The store says they experienced a technical error that caused some items to display the incorrect price. The company has not said if they will honor the extremely low price to the customers that were able to snag the deal.
Walmart said they wanted to be clear that this was an error and that the site was not hacked.
