CHARLOTTE, N.C. – There are a lot of traditions that families enjoy during the holiday season, this year Wilson learned about a new one when he was at the Common Market located at Plaza Midwood.  If you can’t locate the elf on the shelf, maybe you can find Chip the Christmas Cow.   Wilson was joined by 5 year old Oscar to check out some of the great stocking stuffers you can find at Common Market.

Wilson was joined by Jay Gestwicki from Magnolia Coffee, the company that makes Wilson’s Rock Roll and Rise Coffee.  The coffee, which 100% of the proceeds goes to the USO of North Carolina can be found at both Common Market locations in Charlotte.

This Saturday, Dec 7th from 4:30pm until 6:30pm the merchants at Plaza Midwood will be holding their Holiday Central 2013 event.  The event features vendors, local crafts, activities for the kids, food trucks and live entertainment.  A special tree lighting ceremony will begin at 6pm.  Join the fun on Commonwealth Ave, between Thomas Avenue and Pecan Avenue.
