It’s hard for some of us to connect global warming with this bitter cold, but that’s exactly what the climate change folks out there believe.  And with a 70-degree swing happening this week, does it make a believer out of you?

You’ve heard the term tossed around for a few days now: “Polar Vortex”.  That’s what the experts say is causing this crazy cold, and it’s almost exactly what happened in “The Day After Tomorrow”.  It’s not like a traditional winter weather pattern; it’s a mass of low-pressure, super-cold air that normally sits on top of the Arctic, but has shifted south thanks to a jet stream.

But others say that just doesn’t make sense, and it’s pretty hard to connect a “warming” trend with colder temperatures.  So our Man on the Edge, Robert Wilder, hit the streets to see if the wild weather is changing your global warming views…
