CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a man was hit and killed by a car in southwest Charlotte late Monday night.Β
Investigators say the man was trying to cross Billy Graham Parkway near Scott Futrell Drive when he was hit by a car.Β
The pedestrian was not in a crosswalk and was impaired.Β He was rushed to a local hospital but died from his injuries.Β
Speed was not a factor in this crash.Β No charges have been filed.
