Police Make Additional Arrests In Rock Hill Murder Case

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Two more people were arrested in a Rock Hill murder case.

Investigators say 19-year-old Abdul Emmanuel turned himself into police Tuesday. Detectives have not released his charges at this time.

Lattoya Belinda St. Hill was also arrested.  She has been charged with accessory after the fact for helping Maurice Burris and Dontavion White flee to Charlotte after the crime.  She is the sister of Emmanuel.
