HICKORY,NC–A Hickory man will spend more than 15 years in prison for beating a man to death.
Terry Simpson was convicted Wednesday in the murder on Alvin Dula Jr.
Investigators say Simpson attacked Dula in July on 2011, a report from the medical examiner said Simpson hit Dula in the throat, pulled him off an ATV and beat him.
