They say the data breach is ballooning and could now impact Target customers from even a decade ago.

The last time she shopped at the store was in 2004 but she got a warning letter from Target about the November / December breach and called them for answers.
The writer says a Target spokesperson told her yes, the breach could have impacted people who shopped there even 10 years ago.
