CHARLOTTE,NC–Jury selection resumes tomorrow, in the trial for a Charlotte man charged with a triple murder.

Jury selection could take several weeks because it’s a capital case but Justin Hurd could face the death penalty if he’s convicted.

Prosecutors say Hurd killed Kinshasa Wagstaff and Kevin Young at a home on Patricia Ryan Drive in 2008.

Firefighters found the victims bodies inside the burning home.

Police later found a third victim dead in a car in Huntersville.

A second suspect in the case, Nathaniel Sanders, was murdered in Cincinnati that same year.
