CHARLOTTE, N.C. — If you’ve already slacked on your New Year’s resolution to get fit, you’re not alone.

Eighty percent of people that start a fitness resolution give up before January is over.

Burn Bootcamp‘s Devan Kline is keeping our momentum going.

He’s introducing us to “burst training.” It allows you to shorten your workouts, in a 15-minute training session. Burst training burns nine times more calories than a 30-minute tredmill workout!

The workouts are great for busy moms.
