CHARLOTTE,NC–You may need some extra change to pay for public transportation this summer.
Cats wants to raise the cost of a local bus ride to $2.20 in July and is also considering charging an extra 20 cents for trips on Lynx trains.
Express tickets would cost you three dollars.
The proposal will be discussed at a public hearing in March.
