What: Sweaty Saturdays are FREE Total Body workouts, hosted the 2nd Saturday of each month by Town of Matthews Parks & Recreation and Get Fit with MoYo Personal Training. Who: Everyone in the community age 12+ that is interested in a fun workout is invited. *All levels & abilities are encouraged to participate* Why: Kick your weekend off right, have fun, be surrounded by great people, and burn tons of calories! What to Wear: A smile, workout clothes, supportive shoes and sunscreen. What to Bring: Great enthusiasm, a water bottle, a towel/mat for ground work, AND your friends and family.
