It used to be difficult to find the Super Bowl commercials before air time, but that was back when the only way to see a commercial was on TV. Then the Internet came along, and once YouTube hit, everything changed. Now it’s actually hard to not see the commercials before they air during the game. YouTube is even using them in the pre-rolls, so it’s not likely you actually have to search them out. And people are sharing them all over Facebook and Twitter.
Of course the advertisers like that. Having a Super Bowl commerical make a splash outside the Super Bowl means they’re getting a bigger pay off. Heck, some of them are intentionally making commercials that won’t air, just so they can get buzz about their commercial not airing!
