MONROE, NC –Β A former Union County DSS Supervisor and her long-time partner will face a judge Monday morning on child abuse charges.
Since Wanda Sue Larson and Dorian Harper were arrested last November, advocates say many people have come forward with complaints about the system.

The two were arrested in November after an 11-year-old boy in their care was found shivering in the cold and chained to the porch with a dead chicken around his neck.
