Latta Celtic Festival March 15-16, 2014 (10am-4pm) Celebrate all things Celtic at Latta’s 2nd annual Celtic Festival! Enjoy live music from the Thistledown Tinkers and Stirling Bridge, and an event Piper throughout the weekend. Also, see Scottish dancing by Latta’s Kilts and Petticoats, meet various Scottish clans, shop with vendors like Near and Far Scottish, Cats Paw Potterie, The Celtic Rainbow, and St. Kilda USA. The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery will be there with several local beers on tap. Food will be available from The Scottish Cottage, Appalachian Smoke, and Anna’s Sweet Treats. Children can play games and enjoy storytelling, visit the farm animals, and more! Admission is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors, $6 for students, ages 5 and under are free. Join us for an exciting evening of Celtic music Saturday, March 15th at 6:00pm. Latta’s Celtic Concert Fundraiser will take place outdoors in front of the Latta Carriage Barn. A great way to Celebrate St. Patty’s Day with the entire family!
