FORT MILL, S.C. — A traffic stop in Fort Mill leads police to a sexual assault suspect. Police say 44-year-old Bobby Kelly was pulled over Tuesday night.
After running Kelly’s name in the police system an officer realized he had a suspended license and a warrant for sexually assaulting a teen in Fort Mill.
Kelly was taken into custody and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, driving with a suspended license and giving false information to a police officer.
