CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Lowe’s on South Boulevard is already out of winter supplies like ice melt, gloves and firewood.
A store manager said they might not get another shipment for awhile since the south has sporadic winter weather. The stores do not overstock winter supplies at the beginning of the season.
