CHESTER, S.C. — Police say they arrested a Chester County Fire Chief and his brother after an argument with investigators happened at the scene of a crash.Β
Andrew Martin, the fire chief at West Chester Volunteer Fire Department, and his brother, Thomas Martin were both arrested.Β
A police report says Thomas Martin pushed Chester County Sheriff Alex Underwood and also assaulted a police captain.Β
Andrew Martin was charged with disorderly conduct after police say he yelled obscenities at police investigators and would not comply with verbal commands from officers on the scene.Β
