CHARLOTTE,NC–A little girl in Grier Heights got scraped up after a grown woman pushed her down and stole her puppy.
The four year old’s father tells WCCB she was taking her Pit Bull for a walk near their apartment on Jonquil street over the weekend but says he doesn’t know who the woman is and there’s no sign of the dog.
Lipford says the woman who took the dog offered her daughter a piece of candy, then knocked her over.
The girl says the woman drove off with man in a red truck.
