WAXHAW,NC–A father who accidental backed over his baby girl, killing her, will not face any charges.
The accident happened Monday at the family’s home on Huey Boulevard in Waxhaw.
The sheriffs office says the father thought his 18 month old was playing behind the house when he backed over her with his jeep.
