It’s Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras is the place to be!
King Cakes are a Mardi Gras icon. Each cake has a tiny, plastic baby inside, said to represent Baby Jesus. Whoever gets the slice with the baby inside, has to buy the King Cake the following year.
E2 Emeril’s Eatery is featuring a special Mardi Gras menu and party with live music Tuesday, March 4.
