Davidson County: Peaceful Rally to End the Barbaric Animal Gas Chamber

Animal protection advocates invite people to attend a peaceful rally to request the removal of the barbaric animal gas chamber and move toward “no kill” at the county animal shelter. The public is encouraged to join and hold signs, pass out flyers, and attend the commissioner meeting to voice their opinion in supporting better treatment of animals and removing the gas chamber. The rally is from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11th outside the Old County Courthouse at 2 South Main Street, Lexington, NC followed by attending the Commissioner Meeting at 7:00 pm at 913 Greensboro Street, Suite 401 Lexington, NC. If you would like to speak at the Commissioner Meeting, please sign up 1/2 hour before it starts.
