Supporting cancer is always “good” – especially when a CEO tells his employees he’ll donate a couple grand for every participant who shave their head in support. About 430 people volunteered and the CEO raised more than $2 million!
This is bad – meat and cheese are being linked to an untimely death. A new study of 6,000 American adults has found those between the ages of 50 and 65 with diets high in animal protein, were 74% more likely to die earlier. Eating plant-based proteins like nuts and beans seemed to reverse the unhealthy trend.
