CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The victim of a fatal northwest Charlotte accident has been identified.Β
Heinz Lumpe, 67, was killed after his car was struck by a pick-up truck on Moores Chapel Road near Rhyne Road early Monday morning.Β
Lumpe died a short time after the accident.Β Police say neither speed nor alcohol were factors in this crash.Β No charges have been filed.
